How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
We offer standard shipping across the country starting at €6.95. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery typically occurring within 3-5 working days. Larger items like garden furniture may require specialized courier services and additional time.
Can I return a plant if it arrives damaged?
Yes. We take great care in packaging our living plants, but if your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Do you offer a Click & Collect service?
Absolutely. You can select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification. You can then pick up your items at our main Newlands Garden Centre location during standard business hours.

Every plant purchase includes a digital care guide sent to your email. This guide covers watering schedules, light requirements, and soil preferences to help your new greenery thrive in its new home.
Is it safe to order fragile garden pottery and glass online?
Yes, we use industry-leading protective packaging and heavy-duty boxing for all fragile items. In the unlikely event of a breakage during transit, our insurance covers the cost, and we will ship a replacement immediately.
