At Newlands Garden Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
